Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow VRF/VRV Outdoor units comprising of Energy efficient Inverter scroll compressor (100% inverter compressor), Heat Pump Type suitable for (Heating+Cooling) Top Discharge of capacities 28 HP including first charge of Eco Friendly R-410 refrigerant gas, Air Cooled Condenser with Variable Speed Condenser fan motor etc.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor units comprising with compact DX cooling coil, electronic expansion valve and multispeed fan motor with dynamicaly balanced blower shall be and designed for silent operation, synthetic washable media type filters for convenient cleaning including Y-joint suitable for connetion of refrigerent pipe line and cordless remote controller for HI-Wall / Ductable unit of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note for item no 1 & 2 :- (a) The Contractor shall get complete design of AC Plant including platform duly vetted from IIT/NIT without any extra cost and to be approved by the accepting officer before execution of work. (b) Suitable heating and humidification arrangement shall be provided by the Contractor for precise control of temperature and humidity in OT, without any extra cost

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of High Pressure Interconnecting Refrigerent Pipe work for VRF System of following sizes of one end expand refrigerant copper piping wit Y-joint, liquid line control valves (as per site requirement ) and headers inslutaed with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported/fixed with suitabele size of clamp or on GI hangers and PVC sleeves shall be provided wherever pipe is crossing the wall including ultra high pure Nitrogen is to be used while making breezing joints complete all as specified and directed.
