Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : All work up to plinth level - 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel windows & ventilator all complete. With 4.0 mm thick glass panes.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows and ventilator with M.S. Flat 15x3 m and nuts & bolts complete. - Galvanized M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.

12 mm cement plaster of mix in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) by volume.
