Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) (including supply of raod metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm Exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Design Mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications) with the following Constraints:- Aggregate passing 13.2 mm IS Sieve -100 % . Aggregate passing 5.60 mm IS Sieve -40% to 50% , Aggregate passing 2.8 mm IS Sieve -30%to 35% Note for item Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 40/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen over Bitumin macadam portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications) with the following Constraints:- Aggregate passing 26.5 mm IS Sieve -100 % Aggregate passing13.20 mm IS Sieve -60% to 80% Aggregate passing 4.75 mm IS Sieve -20% to 30% Aggregate passing 2.36 mm IS Sieve -5% to 10%

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete factory made glazed kerb stone of size 300x100x450 mm PCC (1:2:4) type B 0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg , jointed in CM 1:4 including excavation formwork and removing complete all as specified as directed

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm agg as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed Note: The rate of PCC and earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra.
