REPAIR AND MAINT OF HT INSTALLATION TRANSFORMER UG CABLE AND CONNECTED WORKS AT GARHI CANTT DEHRADUN

Disconnecting of HT/LT Connections including drain out of oil in barrels and kept aside for reuse and lifting with crane including transportation of transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA at civil workshop for necessary repair work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1 above but of capacity above 250 KVA but upto 500 KVA.

Dismantling of transformer for repair up to 250 KVA removing & lifting of top plate of transformer burnt oil seal, stud, nut, bolt, HT bushing, off load tap changer, butcholz relay, gate valve, dead plug etc for repair to core and winding including taking out of the same & replacing with new and repair for minor leakages (if any) and fix the same complete including top up the oil after dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Windings, dehydration of oil, New Oil and other accessories shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per srl item No 2 above but of capacity above 250 KVA but up to 500 KVA.

M&L for repair to unserviceable transformer core & windings including taking out and testing for serviceability and rewinding the same with fresh copper wire or strip including insulation paper bobins etc and keeping the same in to the hot air oven till the moisture is removed & insulation resistance improves to the satisfaction level, re fixing the same in original position complete for the following size transformers:-

(b) 300 KVA to 350 KVA

(c) 200 to 250 KVA

(d) 100 KVA to160 KVA

M&L to repair to unserviceable transformer core & windings including taking out and testing for serviceability and rewinding the same with fresh alluminium wire or strip including insulation paper bobins etc and keeping the same in to the hot air oven till the moisture is removed & insulation resistance improves to the satisfaction level, re fixing the same in original position complete for the following size transformers:-

Note for item No 5&6:- (i) One year warranty certificate shall be submitted to the department after completion of job. (ii) Test certificate shall be submitted before commissioning of transformer. (iii) Any defect noticed during defect liability period shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost.(iv) New transformer oil, dehydration shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for painting with two coats of DUCO enamel paint of ICI brand of approved colour over a coat of red oxide metal primer after scrapping thoroughly the existing corroded paint, dirt/dust, oil and grease from the steel surface of the transformer complete all as specified and directed for the following size .

(a) Upto 100 KVA transformer (11/0.433 KV)

(b) Above 100 KVA but upto 200 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV)

(c) Above 200 KVA upto 500 KVA (11/0.433KV)

(d) Transformer 3.15 MVA

Supply and fix transformer off load tap changer suitable for 400 to 500 KVA transformers 11 KV/433 volts minimum five steps type including removing the old unserviceable off load tap changer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 8 above but below 400 KVA.

Supply & filling the new transformer oil for topping up or in replacement of transformer/voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Oil shall be in company sealed barrels with BDv not less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap.(ii) Topping up of transformer oil as well as dehydration shall be done on same day. Make: Savita/Poweroil/Castrol/Apar

S & F silica gel dark blue type laboratory grade in the transformer including removing the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration/dehydration of the existing transformer oil at site of any make of transformer and capacity up to required dielectric strength as per IE rules and refilling in the transformer up to required level complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The die electric strength shall not be less than 50 KV after filtration process.

Supply and fix in replacement of alluminium body silica gel breathers of standard size suitable for 400 to 500 KVA transformers 11 KV/433 volts transparent type including removing the existing old unserviceable silica gel breathers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but below 400 KVA

Supply and fix transformer oil temperature gauge of standard size suitable for 100 to 500 KVA transformers 11 KV/433 volts analogue type including removing the existing old unserviceable temperature gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV including gasket nut bolts washers etc complete suitable for any type or any size of transformer including removing the existing HT bushing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of brass LT studs including gasket nut bolts insulator washer etc complete suitable for transformer of cap upto 200 KVA including removing the removing the existing LT studs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 17 above but of capacity from 250 to 500 KVA.

M&L for shifting after disconnection of transformer from the existing side and install/commission at proposed site (within jurisdiction of GE Dehradun) same for outdoor type HT 11KV/433 V 3 phase, 50Hz with off load tapping and standard fitting up to 200 KVA including connection/testing with proper load balancing as per engineering practice, confirming to IS 2026 including connected panel all as directed. Note: Item rate includes necessary transport, tools & plant and labour lugs thimble PVC sleeves etc required for shifting, installation, connection and commissioning of transformer complete all as specified and directed..

All as per item No 19 above but capacity 250 to 500 KVA.

M&L for repair to servo stabilizer 25 KV including transportation of stabilizer to workshop and dismantling of all parts including taking out of coil assembly, repair to winding and baking for removal of moisture, replacement of oil seal, stud, nut, bolt, repair to servo motor, replacement to faulty cards etc and making all necessary wiring and minor repair for automatic operation of servo stabilizer complete including fixing of repaired servo stabilizer to MH Dehradun including all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed. Note: Windings, dehydration of oil, New Oil and other accessories shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for switch air break gang operated triple pole out door type with drop out switch fuse unit on HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating up to 200 Amps mechanically operated mounted on cast resin rubber insulators (12 insulators) and frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with earth switch and including locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Elpro/Pactil/ Alstom/MEI/ATLAS

S & F horn gap type of fuses mounted on post insulators with gun metal clamps and copper horn complete of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed. M&L for shifting after disconnection/dismantling of LT panel from the existing location and reassembling install/commission and testing at proposed site (within jurisdiction of GE Dehradun) same and standard fittings including connection/testing with proper load as per engineering practice, confirming to IS including connection of LT panel with power transformer allied works complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive necessary transport, tools & plant, labour and LT cable connection, excavation PCC etc required for shifting, installation and commissioning.
