1. Pumping out raw sewage water using pump sets of electric motor/ diesel engine driven from sewage well Installation to facilitate removal and installation of submersible pump set and connected accessories including blocking flow of sewage from nearby manhole and pumping the same till the job is completed for 08 (Eight) hours per dayminimum and disposal of the same through proper pipelines to a distance not less than 150 meter from the under ground sewage well of size internal dia 05.70 m and depth 06.2m bana singh vihar installation all as directed. (Each Job-1) 2. Taking out by raising/fllowering of non clog submersible pump set of make:-KSB Model-KRTU PK 100-260-74 type AC 50 C/S three phase 415 V with the help of chain pully block or any suitable means from sewage well/sump after diaconnecting electric and sewage coupling connections,openig of pump and motor for carrying out repairs/replecment of defective parts,cleaning of impeller and volutc casing,clogged discharge line Reassemoling,painting the pump set and reinstallation into sewage sump connecting,testing complete to running parameters all as direted by Engr-in-Charge. (Each Job-3). 3.M&L for rewinding 3 phase, 415 volt electric motor cap-12 HP of non clog submersible pumps, Make : KSB, model KRTU 100, after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings including Class 'F' insulation, Dr. Back Elmo-50 Varnish, pre-heating to remove moisture and vaccum pressure impregnated for air bubble free varnishing with slot liners and seperators, fibre - glass sleeves, baking to 150° C for 12 hrs in special baking oven to suit the motor for IP-68 protection of the 9.5 KW/12 HP motor, reassembling fixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Replacement of defective parts as supply only and dewatering will be paid separately. (Each-1). 4. Cleaning of raw sewage sump well of size internal dia 5.7 mtr and 5.2 mtr deep including inlet box, Bar screen, oil & grease trap by removing sludge and slit completely with suitable pumps from the bottom of sewage sump (app deposit of sludge 0.95 mtr ht) by scrapping out deposit, sludge etc from the side walls of sewage sump with the help of scraper, wire brush etc removing and cleaning with clear water.Removing and depositing the sludge and slit to a distance not exceeding 08 Kms from the sewage well by tractor trolley ensuring that sludge does not spoil the roads. cleaning the area around the sewage sump not exceeding 5 mtr on either side including bushes etc and cleaning the site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Each Job-1). 5. Renewals of following parts for making theNon clog pump 9.5 KW/12 HP ,model KRTU 100 -260-74,make:- KSB in fully serviceable condition during the process of repair as per existing complete all as specified and directed. (a) Suppy only Mechanical seal (out side) lower (Each-3). (b) Suppy only Mechanical seal (in side) upper. (Each-3). (c) Suppy only Lower ball bearing. (Each-1). (d) uppy only Upper ball bearing (Each-2). (e) Suppy only Key for shaft (Each-3). (f) Suppy only Thermister (Top) (Each-1). (g) Suppy only Oil (IOC Oil-15 W-40) (Ltr-9). 6. Repair to LT panel board at sewage pump house by disconnecting the electric connection and carrying out following repairs / replacement.. (a) Replacement of power contactor MNX-32.Make- L&T,03 Nos. (Each-3). (b) Replacement of bimetallic overload relay of range 13 to 21 Amps. Make L&T.02 Nos. (Each-1). (c) Replacement of single phase preventor suitable for motor 12.5 HP. Make L&T,01 N0s (Each-1).
