REPAIR/ MAINT OF ELECTRICAL FITTINGS, FIXTURERS AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN OTM/ TECHNICAL BUILDINGS OF NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY IN TECHNICAL AREA AND SALAWAS AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power complete including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in brick wall, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L in repairs for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/ Blue/ Yellow, Netural - Black and earth continuity conductor 1.50 Sqmm Green) drawn through stove enameled steel conduit not less than 20x12mm ISI marked ivory colour including accessories like bends, tees junction boxes, etc. fixed on wall or ceiling etc. including 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity wire including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable size white sheet cover for mounting swiches, sockets, fan regulators etc. complete for one flame proof light point/ flame proof fans/ flame proof exhaust fans point controlled by one flame proof rotary switch 6/ 10/ 16 Amp complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Necessary chases cuttings for concealed wiring and making a good of distrubed surfaces are measured and paid under relevant items. 2. Quoted rate is inclusive for control point wiring (1P + 1N + 1E) from rotary switch to light/ fan/ exhaust fan etc.

All as per Item No. 04 above but with 2.5 Sqmm cable for independent one 6 pin 6/ 16/ 32 Amps socket outlet in and including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed 1100 V grade IS-694 FRLS cable for continuous earth wire.

S&F in repair flame proof rotary switch, current rating : 16 Amps, 230 Volts for industrial use, Number pole : two switch positions 5 to 8, 2 to 4 with IP-66 suitable at gasies/ fire hazardious areas complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair industrial type flame proof switch plug and socket 16 Amps, 3/5 pin, electrical rating 16 Amp, 3 pin/ 5 pin (Phase 3 + Neutral 1 + Earth 1), weather proof alongwith IP-66 suitable at gasies/ fire hazardious areas, Gasket- 'O' ring endless neoprene, Material- cast aluminium alloy LM-6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair industrial type flame proof switch plug and socket 32 Amps, 3/5 pin, electrical rating 32 Amp, 3 pin/ 5 pin (Phase 3 + Neutral 1 + Earth 1), weather proof alongwith IP-66 suitable at gasies/ fire hazardious areas, Gasket- 'O' ring endless neoprene, Material- cast aluminium alloy LM-6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two runs of single core 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 Vots grade multistrand, unseathed conductor drawn into suitable size stove enamelled steel conduit and all necessary fittings including one run of 6.0 Sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dully complete including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. All runs of cable and one run of casing caopping shall be measured as one length of unit. 2. Necessary chases cuttings for concealed wiring and making a good of distrubed surfaces are measured and paid under relevant items.

All as per Item No. 09 above but two runs of single core 4.0 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of single core 4.0 Sqmm for earth wire.
