Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller for depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep and area not exceeding 400sqm complete all as specified. all as specified and directed.

7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using Granite, trap or bassalt and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Providing premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported and shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller., complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Cement concrete work as in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete slab 25 cm or less including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 20 mm thick expansion joint filled with pre- formed bituminous filler and top with 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B for' 100 mm thick cement concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 150mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' for' , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow including preperation of new surface to receive painting, complete all as specified. Note :The line painting shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching concrete including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the depth of the brick, using old size fly ash bricks, laid dry, on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
