Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in Soft/Disintegrated Rock each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soft/ disintigrated rock) exc 250m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for following size of tile complete all as specified and as directed:-

20cm x 20cm x 22 mm thick

S&F rolled mild steel section for structural steel work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding crane, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates/ bolts, conforming to Fe-290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

S&F mild steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 with and including one shop coat of zinc chrominium primer paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted deemed included for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for 6 mm thick Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment graded Fe-410-W Gde- E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of steel, treating end of posts, backs of chowkhats etc area exc 0.1 sqm but not exc 0.50 sqm and treated with tar or coal tar black paint each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, 10 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.
