Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in Soft/Disintegrated Rock each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soft/ disintigrated rock) exc 250m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for following size of tile complete all as specified and as directed:-

20cm x 20cm x 22 mm thick

S&F rolled mild steel section for structural steel work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding crane, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates/ bolts, conforming to Fe-290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of steel, treating end of posts, backs of chowkhats etc area exc 0.1 sqm but not exc 0.50 sqm and treated with tar or coal tar black paint each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3) including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of sub main wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawal plugs.

S&F Double pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB double pole of 10 amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 x 25 mm dia three terminals (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F surface mounted LED luminiare, 20 watt with all accessories having polymer extruded channel with diffuser for glare free light, high lumen output, driver PF >0.98 having over voltage protection upto 400 volts surge protection, level 7-10 KV thermal short circuit protection THD<10%, made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra>70 and lumen efficiency >120 lumen per watt, internally pre-wired through flexible wire connecting with ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note: The firm has to give warranty for fitting including driver minimum for 2 years for any defects developed during the period.
