Please enable macros before filling the rates to see the quoted figures in words. 2. Bidders shall quote the percentage within two places of decimal only. 3. Bidders to quote only one % for all the items mentioned in the SOR. 4. Rates quoted by bidder shall be exclusive of Goods and Services Tax(GST). GST rates shall be mentioned by the bidders in "Agreed terms and conditions"(ATC)" only for each item of SOR. 5. Do not insert any additional sheet and any condition in BOQ sheet. Please do not tamper the BOQ sheet. Enabled Cells (White) are only to be filled by bidder. Non-compliance shall lead to rejection of the BID. 6. Bidder to supply the materials up to destinations ("Location"), . 7.Uploading of Scanned copy of Price bid is not acceptable and such bid shall be summarily rejected. 8. Entry tax, octroi as applicable shall be extra and borne by IOCL 9. Inspection and transit insurance will be arranged by IOCL, Hence bidder should not consider the same. 10. Bidder shall submit a scanned copy of the UN-PRICED BOQ With prices blanked out and mentioning “Quoted” or “Not Quoted” against each item.The UN-PRICED BOQ shall be uploaded along with un priced Bid. Bidders must note that the "unpriced Bid" should not contain any prices or indication thereof in any manner whatsoever. 11. Bidder must go through the entire tender douments including specification, drawing etc before quoting. 12.Applicable taxes, P & F charges, Freight Charges to be mentioned in "Agreed terms and conditions"(ATC)" only. 13. Evaluation shall be done on landed cost basis of the amount offered .
