REPAIR TO ROADS AND ROAD SIDE FURNITURE OF NHO UNDER AGE B/R-III OF CLEMENT TOWN DEHRADUN

M&L Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc than applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-30 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm with 4% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new/old black top surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No 800.4 of most specification conforming to BS-6086 of most specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair Road Stud (Cat Eye) of size100x100x26 mm body made of ABS body dynamically designed very high impact strength non breakable polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro- reflective lense on both sides for maximum retro-reflection in wet and dry condition. Body shall be dust proof. I .e non dust accumulation on lense and space shall be built for finger grip, including fixing with bitumen adheshive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Solar Cat Eye Aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 80mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ABS body speed breaker of width 400 mm, height 50 mm and load capacity not less than 80 tonne complete incl fixing in roads with fixing nails and solution complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs road side solar delinator with mesh and pole made from polycarbonate and ABS dia 85 mm with 4 Nos of LEDs and pole made out from MS with powder coated and size of pole in height 1 mtr and dia 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Convex mirror with ABS frame of size 60 cm dia fixed on MS Pipe and embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including removal of old materials from out site of A1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
