Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder may be a Single Entity or a Consortium of members not exceeding three

The bidder-Single Entity or in case of Consortium the Lead member- Should have been in the business / activity of development and / or any construction activities, Business / Convention Centers, Institutions in the last 5 years

Joint ventures are allowed and any one of the members must have sufficient capacity / experience cited above, documents to this effect have to be submitted

In case of Reserved locations all the members of the joint venture are to be from same reserved category only

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Successful experience in operation and maintenance of similar projects which are in existence either directly or through sub-contracting for a period of at least one year

Work Done Certificate

Financial Status

The Bidder (in case of single entity) or the consortium together should have Minimum Net worth of Rs. 500.00 lakhs for General Category at the end of the latest financial year. Individual Member if applying should have a minimum Annual turnover of Rs. 200.00 Lakhs for General Category in last five years.

Bidder (in case of single entity) or the members of consortium as the case should be profit-making organization/s for 2 years out of the last 5 years.

The bidder who bids for the lowest months including construction period of 9 months for work of Skywalk will be awarded the work after due approvals from competent authority
