Supply of Non-AC and AC Vehicles along with Drivers on monthly Hire Basis for KSDB

Tenderer should produce PAN card and Service Tax payments along with the Technical Bid. All Vehicles should have got inter-state permits, should have obtained / renewed by RTO, should be covered under insurance and renewed

Registration certificate of the travel agency.

Car Documents(a)RC Book and FC copy of the vehicles.(b)Current running Insurance Copy of the Vehicle.

The Tenderers should enclose the certificate for having supplied the vehicles on hire basis for similar nature of work to any of the Government / Public Sectors.

The tenderer should possess EPF & ESI registration and submit self-declaration for complying with all labour laws like ESI Act, minimum wages act, PF Act. Furnish relevant valid documents.

The tenderer shall furnish self-declaration that he will be able to supply all the tendered requirement of vehicles provided should be in good running condition and should not be of earlier make than 2020 within 10 days from the date of issue of detailed work award.

Firms which have experience in supplying the vehicles along with drivers to Government Offices/ Departments in Preceding three financial years.

Tenderers should have registered in the GST and RTO Departments

The Tenderers should produce audited balance sheets for the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The Tenderers should produce the Income Tax paid certificates for the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Tenderers should have annual turnover 5 times equal to the amount put to tender in providing vehicles & drivers on hire basis for the past three financial years i.e, 2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25
