Taking down and servicing for HT switch gear VCB of capacity 400-630 Amp capacity ,11KV by tripping off the breaker and draw out the trolley and servicing and overhauling the mechanical parts with applying the grease and checking the control wiring and tripping mechanism, replacement of damaged minor parts such as control wiring, ferrules, HRC fuse, caliberation of IDMT/Microprocessor numerical/digital relay existing on panels with secondery injection kit and setting the relay of earth fault, short circuit to over current, time delay settings as per existing load of feeder and all as specified and direted by engr-in-charge at 33 KV MRSand depot area.

Material and labour to replace the unserviceable spring charging motor in existing VCB's of Make Schneider/Sudhir/CG with existing specifications and all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for in replacement of taking down and replace the vacumeinterruptor of existing VCB's of any make and connecting arrangement and all as required and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of tripping coil suitable for VCB 400 to 630 Amps to trip the VCB with the operating voltage of 24 vols DC supply and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing , commissioning in replacement of microprocessor relay of 24 volts DC supply operated with earth fault ,over current and with TDS to protect the HT VCB/OCB of 400 to 630 Amps alongwith control wiring of CT primary/secondary winding and all as specified and directed.Make : Schneider Model MICOM P-227.

Supply and fixing in replacement of spring of VCB charging/tensioning with top and bottom connecting assembly suitable to fix on existing VCB's of any make and model alongwith connected accessories and all as specified and directed.

Labor only for taking out the HT UG cable by disconnecting the existing electric connection and shifting the cable one location to another location safely for relaying the same in side the depot area and all as specified and directed at site. Note : i). Earth work and protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii). Outdoor/indoor cable end terminatioin/straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC outer seathed and (earthed) PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade Earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-II) of 1985 and size 120 sqmm 3 Core and laid in treches/ducts/pipe or on read/pole all as required and directed at site. Note : i). Earth work and protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii). Outdoor/indoor cable end terminatioin/straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Errecting and fixing in true Vertical position prestressed concrete pole 11.00 Mtr long of size 152mm x 152mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom of class-9 confirming to relevent IS-1678-1998 code including dismantling and removing the old unsv PCC pole and all as specified and directed at site NOTE - Excavation and Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid seprately.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base of the pole or in any situation all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the pole or in any situation all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing 11 KV outdoor type, gang operated Air break switch 200 Amp rated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25mm dia GI pipe (Med grade) operating rod of suitable length with expulsion fuses of rating upto 200 Amp comprising of 12 insulators all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 meters below normal ground level connection to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of steel bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to termination points (transformer neutral, transformer body and LT panel body) including supply and laying charcoal dust and common salt mixture all around the plate 300 mm thick chamber will be pre-casted by PCC : 1:2:4 type B-1 MS angle iron frame 40x40x3 mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh , 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in drawing and connected to LT panel including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination cable jointing kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 -185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type heat shrinkable end termination cable jointing kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 -185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing straight through heat shrinkable cable jointing kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core50 to 95 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing straight through heat shrinkable cable jointing kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core120- 185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

All T&P expenditure for for tracing out the HT UG cable fault by pin point with cable fault locating machine mounted vahicle including all T&P expenditure to rectify the fault within 08 hrs to restore the supply of HT 11 KV feeder at Banar Mil station and all as sppecified. Note : The fault will be measured one unit by charging of one HT cable , multiple faults at same cable will be measured single fault nad HT Cable joints will be measured and paid seperately and earth work will be paid under relevent item of Schedule and delay beyond 08 hrs will be recovered Rs-1000/- per hour from work done amount.

Labor only for relaying the jodhpur stone quarry stone slab including loading from one location to shift other location and unloading within 5KM distance of the cover 25 to 30cm in width, 60cm long and 40 to 50mm thick laid in trenches and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand covered under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement tubes 'light grade' galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches/on wall/pole/under road crossing/under existing bridge with suitable clamps made by FI 25x3mm if required to fix on wall/pole of size 80 mm dia including all fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Galavanized Iron pipe light grade with all fitting laid in trenches/on wall/pole/under road crossing/under existing bridge with suitable clamps made by FI 25x3mm if required to fix on wall/pole of size 100 mm dia including all fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holesfor bolt. In any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint and all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the raod/PCC for laying the cable up to depth 1.5 mtr and making finishing with PCC of distrubed surface of road/PCC and all as specified and directed.d directed.Note : PCC will be measured under relevant item of Sch.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brow or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade with fixing on existing 2 pole/4pole/single pole including taking down of old unsv insulator and all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) confirming to IS : 398 Part II 1976 for HT/LT over head line and for jumpering including PVC insulation material for jumpering on HT PCC/Steel pole 2/4 pole structure with suitable size of lugs and nut bolts to connect to GOD back plate or Do assembly and including alumunium binding wire and suitable size of GI clamp complete all as specified :- (a) ferret / weasel/squirrel

Supply and fix danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitrous enamelled white with latters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of appropriate size for 11 KV system size 25 x 20 cm all as specified and confirming to to IS : 2551-1982.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of current transformer of epoxy cast wound dual ratio of primary current minimum 20 and secondary upto 200 Amps with variation 5% protection core 5P-10 and metering core class of peak level 25 KA for 1 sec of adjustable VA, insulation level 28KV/75KV and all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and 1.5 mtr wide and getting out for laying of cables.

All as per ser No-33 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a leval not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tibba sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- punned thickness of sand shall not be less than 18cm for measurement punned thickness shall be considered.

Disconnecting of HT/LT side connection of indoor/out door type of trnsformer after disconnecting electric supply opening/ disconnecting the foundation earth and neutral connection out door type of tansformer and taking down the transformer any capacity up to 400 KVA from2/4 pole sturcture or on PCC plat form including loading transportation and unloading to workshop/ factory drainning out of transformer oil and keeping aside to avoid dust and moisture complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- (i) The rate quoted for this item deemed For lifting and shifting the transformer will be done by crane where ever posible to lift with crane

All as per item No 39 above but 500 to 1200 KVA indoor/out door type transformer.

Opening of transformer cover and all other connected accessories taking out the transformer oil from tank taking out core assembly disconnecting the core and taking out unserviceable HT/LT coil after opening/ dismentaling all connection inside the transformer capacity up to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed NoteI i) Centrifuging of transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately ii) Repair work of transformer shall be measured and paid seperaetely (iii).The transformwer rewinding work shall be carried out at certified renowned workshop/ company (iv) The all type of transformer tests are willbe carried out before installing the rewounded transformer in the presence of Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above item No 41 but capacity 500 to 1200 KVA

Supply and fixing /winding fabricated DPC copper strip of suitable guage/size and required shape for windng of LT coil of transformer up to 1000 KVA incliding necessary ovening and insulation material compelete all as required an directed.

Supply and fixing /winding fabricated DPC aluminum strip of suitable guage/size and required shape for windng of LT coil of transformer up to 500 KVA incliding necessary ovening and insulation material compelete all as required an directed.

All as per Item No-44 above but using copper wire of double insulated suitable size/ guage and shape for rewinding of HT coil including necessary insulaion material complete all as required and directed .

S&F in replacement the off load Tap changer suitable to 160/200/250 KVA transformer with fixing suitable make and fixing and making connection all as required and directed at site .

Material and labor for servicing the ON LOAD tap changer transformer capacity of 1000/1250 KVA indoor type by replacing the minor parts such as gear wheels, control wiring and checking the all connections and tap changing terminals decarbonising and servicing the all moving parts of onlaod tap changer and all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only indoor type heat shrinkable end termination cabale joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 -185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination cabale joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 -185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying the graded coarse aggregate 25 to 40mm size for E/M installations of 33KV MRS yard/2/4 pole HT/LT pole structures including cleaning the vegetation developed and making plane of surfece and all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labor for cleaning the sub station by removing the bushes shrubs and vegetation developed in side the HT installations of substations and HT 2/4 pole structure and all as specified and directed.

Material and labor for cutting the branches/trees near the HT OH line upto clearance area 5mtr around OH line by cutting the branches and removing the wastage from site to disposal area and all as specified and direced,

Material and labor for well finished jodhpur Stone patty of thickness not less than 65-70 mm and length not more than 1.0 mtr and width will within 1.0 mtr as per ground requirement the stone patty holed by drilling -04Nos on each patty suitable for fixing the MS rod 16-20mm dia for carrying to lift of the cover/patty and the stone patty will be used as HT cable duct cover and all as spedcified and directed at site.

All T&P expenditure for testing of power transformer 3.15 MVA of 33/11KV at MRS ABOD Banar, following test shall be carried out at site by calibrated instrument (calibration certificate shall be submitted) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a). Magnetic balance test (b). IR Test (c). Open circuit test (d). Short circuit test (e). Transformer oil test (Test shall be carried out at govt approved lab) (i). Water content test (ii). Neutralisation value (totla acidity) test.

Supply and fixing the HT Cable route indicator made by Jodhpur stone well finished and marking of letter "DANGER HT 11KV", size 100mmx100mmx100mm 75cm long, 15cm grouted with 1:3:6 PCC foundation below the ground level and 60cm of marker will be elevated on ground the embossed letters of "DANGER HT 11 KV" will be painted with post office red colour and with black colour background and all as specified and directed
