Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block type C1 in 1:3:6 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 CM in width and setting in CM 1;6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on external wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC Finished even & smooth W/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegate) as in copinges, plinth band, parapetes, railings upto 60 cm in height etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing debris outside MD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L hard core broken stone or boulders of 63mm gauge, deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, hard standing, parking floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Machine pressed precas concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade etc complete (with grey cement and pigment) over 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only Machine pressed precast Concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey/colour cement obtained from Item No.10 above

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including making joint with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherver requried complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) pipe 160mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

S&Fchain link fencing MS galvanised including line wires, of mesh size 75mmx75mmx4mm of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire. Note-MS Flat & MS bar to be measured and paid separately

Dismantling Mild Steel works of any description and all as specified & directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting other covering, doors, etc to be prepared handing or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and hanging also fastering and fixing complete

S&F MS Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work or of any other section including ornmental CI items for Portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges,stops ,hand-made sliding bolts etc posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Repair to steel gate of size upto 8 sqm in each panel incl taking down with necessary machineries and necessary welding work including welding of Hinge, Cleats, MS Plate, MS Sheets,applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc and refixing the same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Welding work will be carried at site by arrangement of welding machine without any extra cost to the Government. The cost of Hinges, MS Plate/angle, Ms sheet etc will be paid seperately under relevent steel weight of respective items of Sch.

M&L preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide.
