S&F 35 mm thick factory made wooden Flush Doors conforming to IS-2202 made from imported Pine/Southern Yellow Pine filler and 2.5 mm thick core Veneer on both side and 0.4mm thick Face veneer on both side with lock rails in the centre peripherals ,pasted with approved laminate on both side. Outer peripherals of the flush doors lipped with Teak wood beeding patti of 35mmx12mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Flush Doors having warranty against borer, decay,cracks, bending and twisting. M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc (iv) use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a)The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item. (b) Form work shall be 100% leak proof.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of two component epoxy zinc rich primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of applying two component epoxy bonding agent on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas,fins,facias ,parapets ,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified(Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded meshis to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed. Make- (a)Two component epoxy zinc rich primer :- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA/ STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE. (b) Two component epoxy bonding agent :- Nitobond EP (Std) of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA / STP / HINDCON as approved by GE.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, where directed and leaving the work clear complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on any faces of concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement in ceiling/ chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the exhaust fan of any size/sweep/make from existing position dismantling blades,spare parts for cleaning,servicing,oiling and lubricating etc including preparation of old painted surfaces of exhaust fan of any size/sweep/make, cleaning all dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker, refixing the blades and rehanging the fan in its original position,connecting up etc complete all as directed.

Taking down the ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make from existing position dismantling blades ,spare parts for cleaning,servicing,oiling and lubricating etc including preparation of old painted surfaces of ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make, cleaning all dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker, refixing the blades and re-hanging the fan in its original position,connecting up etc complete all as directed.

S&F Rigid non-metalic PVC conduit (20mmdia) exclusive of boxes (junction/ treminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hook etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead with 4.00 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC cable trunking casing and capping of size 50x50 mm including cover, bends, elbow, coupler, tees, internal and external bends, arranging existing cables/copper refrigerator pipe etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI strip/Aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm with saddles and screws etc from roof complete all as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3.15mm for lighting conductor fixing on Porcelain insulator at one mtr interval with clamp, screw etc for roof & down conductor above the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 188 here in before, but fixing only hanging serviceable aluminium lighting conductor

S&F in repair GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm for lighting conductor fixing on Porcelain insulator at one mtr interval with clamp, screw etc for roof & down conductor above the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down air termination aluminium rods 12 mm dia 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F air termination single pointed aluminium rod, 12mm dia and 300mm long, fixed with Earthing strip for earth conductivity to gound complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 192 here-in-before but fixing only old serviceable air termination rod complete all as directed.

S&F test terminal box made out of 2mm thick mild steel sheet including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer duly spray painted of size not less than 175 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm with locking arrangements with provision of earthing strip entry and exit, fixed at wall with GI bolts, nuts and washers (of suitable size), Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw incl taking down existing Junction Box complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, with 40 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 10 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 12 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel, wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead with 32 x 6 mm GI Strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully tube light fittings/bulk head fittings/Bldg Security light fittings any type and keeping in safe custody and refixing the same after renovation works complete all as directed

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing including taking out/down existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised,50 mm bore with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
