Augmentation of Existing Distributed Control System (DCS)
Supply for Augmentation of Existing Distributed Control System (DCS) Scope shall include design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, supply of hardware & software & buy-outs, FAT inspection of DCS as per approved QAP, Integration with existing System including hardware and cabling as required, SAT, packing, marking, forwarding, transportation, including commissioning spares, mandatory spares & required tools and tackles (if any), documentation etc.
Site Work (Installation and Commissioning) Installation for DCS system, System power on, Loop checking in co-ordination with field contractor, precommissioning & commissioning activities of system, SAT of Distributed Control System (DCS), Support during plant startup and Handing over of expanded DCS system to Purchaser. Installation and Commissioning of complete DCS on Turnkey basis.

CHARGES FOR TRAINING AT SITE: Refer Annexure-F of ITB for Terms & conditions for Site Supervision Services and Training for Indian bidders.
Training for Maintenance Personnel at site : Total 05 Mandays estimated for site Training as per MR . Total : 05 Man-Days
Per diem charges (per person) for 8 hours work on normal working days.
Overtime rate / hour beyond normal 8 hours work on normal working days.
Overtime rate / hour for work on weekly off days/ holidays (as applicable to Refinery site).
