OD292079/2023-2024:Designing ,manufacturing ,installing as per the technical demand and site condition ,trial running and commisioning of one number pressure sand filter (PSF) of capacity 90000 LPH,Pressure Filter vessel with Diameter 2200 mm and HOS 2000 mm (Height) and Shell thickness 10 mm and Dish end thickness 12 mm adequate to withstand possible maximum internal pressure . The container should have a manhole with cover at top for easy inspection of the unit provision of door dummy at bottom for media removal .The unit should be incorporated with best quality 150 mm C I Butterfly valves having ISI mark for filter unit functioning including rinsing and back washing .The outlet of the pressure sand filter shall be connected with the Pumping main. The scope of work includes all related, foundation arrangement mechanical and plumbing works and interconnection of the system at inlet and outlet with existing pumping main,by pass arrangement. All the metallic parts should be painted with approved quality anti corrosive paint. The filter media comprising of graded Coarse sand.Fine Sand should have good performance life for a minimum period of 2 years. The supporting under bed materials shall be graded pebbles/crushed gravel etc.including 2 year guarantee period for all items.
