Providing PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm aggregate) in foundation filling Floor, Mass Concrete. M&L

RCC Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, and mass concrete. M-25 (20mm graded aggregates) M&L

Extra for laying concrete in or under water and/or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete.

Mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete in all respect.

Formwork to sides of foundations footing, raft beams, floor & column etc. Rough finished square, rectangular concrete surfaces.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement morter 1:6, complete in all respect. M&L

Plastering with cement morter 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork & concrete surface (Horizontal & vertical surface) at any place, position and height is to be finished even and smooth. complete in all respect. M&L

Earth filling/Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Supplying chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed.

Supplying & applying of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel & iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth after preparation of new surface complete.
