Contractor shall have no claim whatsoever in the event of ordering / non ordering the spares in full or part. Make and Model of the parts to be replaced shall be same as of existing parts of cranes.

M & L for Dismantling motors up to 1.5 KW capacity, from EOT Crane by taking down and carrying to work shop, rewinding with existing gauge of super enamelled copper winding wire of superior quality with proper insulation and bringing back and refixing on crane with proper alignment with Gear Boxes etc. including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 24 herein before but for motors of capacity above 1.5 KW and up to 3.7 KW complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and dismantling Electric Magnetic Brake Coil from Cranes of any capacity and carrying to work shop, rewinding with existing gauge of super enamelled copper winding wire of superior quality with proper insulation and bringing back and refixing on crane with proper alignment with Gear Boxes etc. including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and replacement of Gear Wheel Shaft suitable for Cranes of 3 Ton capacity including overhauling of Gear Box, applying suitable oils and grease wherever required, replacing unserviceable Bolts and Nuts and refixing Crane with Gear Box with proper alignment including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for alignment of EOT Crane Tracks on both sides including gas cutting, welding and grinding for smooth movement of girder for LT Travel up to Bay length of 52.00 m complete all as specified and as directed.
