Supply, and fabrication in repair LT cubical panel board indoor type factory fabricated totally enclosed dust and vermin proof free standing fully compartmentalized and design suitale for 415 volts, 3 phase 50 HZ 4 wire AC system degree of protection shall be IP-54 and made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable to accommodate Incomer : MCCB 630 Amps -1 No Front operatd changeover switch 400 Amps - 02 Nos , Out going : MCCB 150 to 200 amps -08 Nos, MCB TPN 63 Amp - 02 Nos The panel shall have TPN copper bus bar made of high conductivity pure copper of rating 1000 Amps and provision of interconnection with copper strip of different size from main bus bar to switchgear . The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators of size not less than 50x50 mm conical/square type at a maximum interval of 300 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar and provided with CTs of appropriate rating for metering equipments. Retanking the same after repair refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration (dehydration and filteration to be paid separately) including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof transportation of transformer to and from site to work shop and re-installation the same at any site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new bus bar chamber TPN of size 0.6x0.6x0.4 mtr with front and back openable and lockable made out of 3 mm thick CRC sheet and supported on MS angle legs of size 40x5mm of 0.4 mtr -04 Nos. and grouted in PCC 1:3:6. The bus bar chamber shall have 04 nos aluminium bus bars of current carrying capacity .400 amps insulated by colour coded heat shrink sleeves and supported on epoxy insulators.
