Providing dry lean cement concrete sub-base with mechanised method and finished including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, cost of labour & hire charges of machineries, as per approved Drawing, Design & Technical Specifications complete as per clause - 601 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing cement concrete pavement of M-35, adopting mechanised method and finished including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, cost of labour & hire charges of machineries, as per approved Drawing, Design & Technical Specifications complete as per clause - 602 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

(Brand of Steel - SAIL/RNL/TATA/SHYAM ) Measurement of reinforcement will be made on lengthwise including hooks, if any, separately for different diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, from the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calcuted in tonnes by multiplying the coefficient per unit length of bar as per code of the respective size of bars used on the basis of wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding & placing shall not be measured as the cost of these items has already been included in the analysis of rates for reinforcement as per rule in force .

Boring piles 450mm Dia to the required depth through all types of soil strata including hard rock if any up to the founding level and stacking the bored soil at convenient place and transport to dispose the same at low lying area outside the working area with cleaning & washing the bore including cost of bentonite solution, labour, labour cess, tools, equipments, required to complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer’-in-charge. Note:- 01. If the boring tool encounters rock at an elevation higher than the termination level of the pile indicated in the drawing then the boring shall be continued one metre into the rock from where the boring tool encounters rock first. 02. In case the soil stratum at the founding level is loose the Engineer or his representative may direct the contractor to carryout additional length of boring and payment for such additional work shall also be made under this item. 03. The sample of bored materials at regular interval shall be collect and produce for the verification of the Engineer or his representative at no extra cost. In the event of any dispute about the type of strata bored, the samples so collected shall be referred to an authorised laboratory / agency indentified by the Engineer and the decision of such authorised laboratory / agency is final and binding on both the parties. However the cost of such testing shall be borne by the contractor.

Providing and placing designed mix cast-in-situ RCC M30 using 20 mm down graded black hard granite crusher broken chips for piles using tremmie method up to cut off level underneath the bentonite slurry including all sampling, testing and records with watering and laying as per IS codes 456 and 516. including cost, conveyance, royality, labour, Labour Cess, T&P and all other taxes etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. Note: Supply, fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item (Rate shall include the cost of providing additional concrete above the cut-off level)
