Excavation in foundaton in ordinan. soil (Loam, clay, sand) including lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30.0 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8Grade Stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) inclucding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work and curing complete ,also inculding cost of formwork .

Class M150 Brick work in 1:6 with cement and Coarse sand in FM 1.25 mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per dirction of E/I

Class M 150 Brick work in super structure with 1:6 with cement and Coarse sand mortar (FM not less than 1.25 including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall for one brick wall. The cost including all materials labour, T & P and scaffolding etc complete

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in single coat on Smooth. All complete work.

Painting and varnishing of new iron work or woodwith one coat priming and two cost of approed paint and varnish including supply of all materials,labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of work.(less GST) (Ref.PWD/641+642)
