Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting including ridges, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings and stacking at site where directed complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling mangalore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles or slate roofing including ridges and stacking at site where directed complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and refixing in the same opening as ordered after other repair works are carried out complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description not exc 1 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajja, roof projection etc in any description up to 6 metre height from FFL including necessary formwork and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt etc. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

M&L for Second class hard wood battens spaced at 30cm centre to centre, clean sawn, cross sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm, including taking down old unserviceable/ decayed battens, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully existing serviceable second class hard wood battens of cross sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm spaced at 30cm centre to centre, clean sawn, and re-fixing the same at old or new position spaced at 30cm centre to centre, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully existing serviceable timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, unframed work and re-fixing the same at old or new position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Second Class hard wood boarding, planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails in any situation (expect flooring and skirting), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frames and shutters for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing, anodised aluminium snap on beading, neoprin gasket etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, steel ladders etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI chicken wire mesh cut to size made to shape as ordered including fixed to walls with nails for receiving the plaster complete all as directed. (Note: Weight of GI chicken wire mesh shall be 140 to 180 grams /Sqm)

S&F stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dah fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size for gate with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and S&F new 6 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board with frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including galvanised iron powder coated (white) snap Grid of size 600x600 mm with main 'T' and cross 'T' having web 25mm, flange 35mm, thickness 0.70mm, wall angle having web/flange 25mm each, 0.70mm thick fixed with soft cleats having web 25mm, flange 25mm and thickness 1.8mm using 4mm dia GI wire and level clip @ 1200mm centre to centre with PVC rawl plug with & including 6mm thick calcium silicate board as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling board fixed as per manufacturer's instructions with & including two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over a coat of primer on ceiling board with & including taking down existing electrical fittings/fixtures and wiring in ceiling and re-fixing the same to its original position or different locations, after completion of ceiling work including testing on completion as ordered complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per serial item No. 46 here-in-above, but except sheeting, any thickness. Note : MS Sheets obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 6.00 here-in-before shall be reused under this item.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry including cutting holes through tiling for pipes and making good the disturbed surface to its original specification complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per serial item No. 49 here-in-above, but except roof tiles. Note : Roof tiles obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 7.00 here-in-before shall be reused under this item.

M&L for Ridges or hip tiles to suit Manglore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut mirror polished Kota stone slab of minimum size 550 x 550mm, laid in floors over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed bed/bedding layer.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut mirror polished Kota stone slab on vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of rendering (as screed bed).

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, laid & fixed using spacers 5mm thick and including epoxy grouting of tiles, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. Make of material for epoxy grouting : Fosroc / Dr. Fixit / Pidilite / Magnifico / Magicrete or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, size of tiles as directed by GE to match the size of vitrified tiles provided in floor under respective item in this Schedule, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl items Nos 56 to 59 : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before procurement for the work.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls in patches and scattered places mixed with WPC @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceilings including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by meachanical means (any no of layers), wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness) and size from wooden frame glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads complete all as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or fixed to aluminium sections not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified & as directed.
