Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder must be a Company registered under the Companies Act 2013

Entities such as Proprietorship, Partnership, Trusts, NGOs, Boards are not eligible to participate in this tender

The agency must have successfully completed at least 1 similar event of project cost of 5 Crore or above (including GST) during the last 5 financial years (2019-20 to 2023-24) preceding the proposal due date, of Govt. of India/ Govt. of Karnataka / PSU / Boards/ Corporations/agencies established by GoI or Karnataka.

Should have minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 5.00 crore (Rupees Two crores) from the events only (ECMA Turnover) during any of the three years in the last five completed financial years (i.e 2019-20 to 2023-24)

Past Experience

Number and nature / scale / quality of events organized in the last five financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2023-24 / 2020-21 to 2022-23 (Marks will be allotted as per clause 3.4.1 of the tender document).

Capabilities of Vendor

Understanding the Scope of Assignment, Conceptualization & Methodology and Presentation by the Bidder. The Presentation must cover the following: Understanding the assignment, Detailed approach and methodology for conduct and mobilizing overall participation, Event branding and promotion strategy and Execution plan for special events.
