Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M10)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M 15)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50mtrs of lead as per direction of site incharge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (DSR 2021: 15.2.1)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by machanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the water drainages including sutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed including all leads & lifts. In ordinary Rock/DFR/SFR

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unnserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : (in cement mortor).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading of earth by earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/ manual means over surface areas, in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., In layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all lead lifts (land of earth supply to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. MS Steel Bar (including supply)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing. All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M20)

Cleaning of choked trenches by removal of all foreign material like debris, sludge, wastage, wood / cloth parts, dry bushes, silt, garbage etc. And throwing it 50 mtr. Away from the sub station premisses the work will also include removel of trench covers and keeping back at original places safely after completion of work . (if druring work any cable , tray clamp s, etc. gets damaged that is to be repaired / replaced by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm noninal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
