CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD FD-220

Removing old broken GI long rail 32mm bore from charpoy and S&F new long rail in position made out of GI pipe 32mm bore medium grade duly threaded on both ends, size as per drawing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Above quoted rate shall be inclusive of tightening of loose GI elbow, if required at site.

Removing old broken short rail and fixing short rail of old GI pipe 32 mm bore medium grade made from the broken long rail as retrieved from Srl item No 1.01 here in before duly threaded on both ends, size as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken legs & fixing leg made of old GI Pipe 32 mm bore medium grade made from the broken short rail retrieved vide Srl item No 1.02 here in before by cutting and threading required including clamp made from 25 X 3 mm thick flat iron for MNF set and 2mm thick MS plate of 40 mm dia, welded to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed.

Removing broken/unserviceable GI check nut from charpoy GI Pipe and providing new GI check nut of 32mm dia for charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI elbow from GI pipe charpoys and supply and fixing new GI elbow 32mm bore 3 way, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI pipe & tightening complete charpoy and supply and fix 12mm thick plywood, commercial type, BWR grade, size 1980 x 900 mm, including nuts and bolts etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment shoe of charpoy GI pipe with new mild steel shoe, 3 mm thick and 40 mm dia, welded to bottom of leg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of frame of chair verandah and applying one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel white paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for electric welding to broken frame of chair verandah, including removing the unwanted welding spot and making good burnt finishing by applying one coat of red oxide primer and over it applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement leg of chair verandah made of 20 mm dia MS conduit pipe of 1.6 mm wall thickness (U shape), duly welded with existing shape and size including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Couch Examination (Drg No.FD- 122)

Supply and fixing in replacement seat of couch Examination including change of damaged spring and using proper cotton dori, two layer of hessain cloth with coir, cotton and 25 mm thick 32 density foam covered with CCF rexine cloth complete to Couch Examination, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing all old paint by scrapping down and carrying out repairs such as necessary welding wherever required in couch examination and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/smoke grey (spray painted) over a coat of primer (on damaged painted portion only) after preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as shown on drg and as directed.
