Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise pprovided for, complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm n.exc 10cm long, complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair complete all as specified. (Each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring existing barbed wire any description, including making good stapples and tying with mild steel binding wire (wherever required) etc complete all as specified.

Welded steel wire fabric not exceding 4Kg/Sqm complete to steel members, complete all as specified.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No 21 above but except bricks, all as specified. Note:- Servicable stone retrieved from Serial Item No 04 shall be reused.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

All as per Serial Item No 23 above but except stone, all as specified. Note:- Servicable stone retrieved from Serial Item No 04 shall be reused.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains (including necessary form work) including forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc. all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, all as specified. Note:- (i) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/sub floors, 75mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/path/road side berms etc, 100mm thick, surface finished even and fair, all as specified. Note:- Cost of form work shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted (straight or curved).

Providing M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in 35mm thick precast cement louvres and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batterrough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified. TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , all as specified.

Hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone or boulder at back of walls near weep holes etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes of bore 75mm complete, including taking out old pipe, complete all as specified.

Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 including taking and removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as directed.

Precast cement M-15 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified.

M&L for 450mm reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, drain pipes laid in tenches and joints complete including taking out old pipe, as specified and as directed..
