Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs,paver blocks and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,path apron etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick, coloured rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on stone masonry wall surfaces or fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L 25mm sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc:from the tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete and finally washing the tanks with clean water and bringing the tank to a position for storing clean water including writing the date of cleaning on the outer surface of th tank by paint, letters of 3cm height and width including obliterating old writing for HDPE/PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 and not exc 500 litres complete all as specified and driected

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in floor and trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to stone walling in CM 1:4 random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brough upto course complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc25 cm any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the sterting point complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15mm MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS chain link galvanised fencing any size or type compelte all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210gms), complete all as specified.
