Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil after the cables are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 15 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for construction of brick missionary valve pit of size 1000x1000x900mm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron and MS sheet cover 3 mm thick and locking arrangements and 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and removal of existing broken MS frame and cover etc. complete all as spacified and as directed.

Material & labour for construction of brick missionary valve pit of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron and MS sheet cover 3 mm thick and locking arrangements and 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and removal of existing broken MS frame and cover etc. complete all as spacified and as directed.

Supply & fixed in repairs straight plain brass ferrules of 20 mm dia bore (or connecting screw) of following sizes, screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing old/rusted leakage pipe line along with wall or in floor or in trenches and taking down/ up and providing new short length/ pieces of GI tubing 0 to 2 feet length along with GI fitting i.e union, sockets, tee, elbow, nipple , long screws etc all as per site requirement and making the pipe line leakage proof and restore the supply of size 15 to 20 mm dia complete with threading etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No - 83 above but 25 to 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Rectification of leakage in CI Pipe line 80 to 150 mm dia including filling of lead as per requirement to the existing joint complete with excavation returning filling and removal of surplus soil and make the line leakage proof complete all as specified and as directed. Note - CI Fittting shall be measured and separately under relevant item.

Supply & fix in replacement for Ductile cast iron bends in replacement ( of any size any radius and any angle) taper any type straight, bend increasing and decreasing or double socket etc, Tee pieces single branch piece, Y pieces double branch piece, cross piece tail , collers, caps ,plugs etc socketed or flanged conforming to IS 1538 laid in tenches or on surface( excavation earthwork , lead joints and flanged joints shall be measured and paid for separately) Fittings shall be of size upto 200 mm bore, complete all as spacified and as directed.

Taking out the old blocked/rusted GI Pipe from its original position including fittings of size 15/80 mm and cleaning the internal portion scaling to opening blockage and refixing the same to its original position including making water connection complete all as spacified and as directed.

S&F in repair pressure gauge 4" dial 0-14 kgs rating with syphon & valve complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chlorine test kit with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only OT solution 500 ml botle testing of Chlorine in water complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
