Providing, laying, spreading and rolling of built-up spray grout layer using bitumen over prepared base by manual means consisting of a Single layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 37.5 mm (thirty seven point five millimetre) as per Technical Specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion confirming to IS:8887 (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechnical broom on bituminous surface @ 0.275 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre) as per technical specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded Mix Seal Surfacing surfacing material of 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (eleven point two to zero point nine milimeter) (Type-A) @ 0.338 (zero point three three eight kilogramme) kg/per ten square meter aggregates using penetration grade bitumen binders content @27.50kg/10 sqm (twenty seven point five kilogramme per ten square meter) or 5.11% (five point eleven percent) by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10 gm/cc (two point ten gramme per cubic centimeter) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 (eight to ten) kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509including all leads, Lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire saisfication of the Engineer in Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.
