Improvement /Strengthening of damaged & broken 100 KVA Electric Sub Station with replacement of damaged cables& HT Poles at pumping station Dassal Serian. The job involves cutting the HT supply of 100 KVA Electric transformer. Dismantling HT/LT Connections/ lifting up the damages transformer from the installed position with the help og manual labour and stocking. It at suitable place. Then shifting it from site to work shop by way of loading in the truck with the help of manual labour there on dimmentaling /disconnection the connection of HT bush Set and ALTI bush rod and taking out simultaneously , Scraching the old and damaged cores sheets and other internal connection by using special tool and teckles , extracting out core of transformer using gas cutter there by dismentaling eac limp of aluminum wound HT coiles ,extracting Ht coils form core and its damaged insulation and raining out all transformer oil from its chamber serviceing ,cleaning and flushing the oil tank by using chemical to clean all carbon deposits and plugging of leakage. Providing and fitting of new Ht leg coils ,5 Nos. And LT leg coils ,3 Nos. In place of damaged HT and LT coils fabricated of Enameled aluminum wire of required gauge and also providing and fitting of HT & LT Metal parts silicates breather set of gas kit,oil level Gauge Lt Terminal plate, sundry items and insulations. In certain of Ht coils /Lt Coils and then making the internal connections of coils to make star connection on LT Side and Delta connection to Ht Side by way of copper gas welding extra. Placing the core in the oven for removal any type of moisture and for getting major value. Complete assembling of transformer ,topping up of new transformer, oil 180 ltr approximately. And then putting the transformer, on no load till required major valve is attained.

The job also involve laying providing fitting of HT Poles 05 No & 185mm sq in x3.5 core aluminum core as per requirement of disconnecting and removing of old burnts out cable. Cutting and peeling the cable ends ,providing and fitting of aluminum thimbles to the cable ends with the help crimping to ,insulating the thimbles and connecting it between HT transformer to LT fuse link set and from fuse link set to LT pole and testing on load &Labour Charges of shifting of poles & other tool & tackles.Complete job including cost of material & labour charges and less rebate on old material parts.
