M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor finished even and smooth using extra cement with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 liter and not exc. 500 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC/Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (over head service tank) of capacity exc. 250 & not exc. 500 liter after emptying the tank and disconnecting of its Connection from Main pipe and cleaning with suitable chemical and removing the scales etc if any washing with clean water properly and reconnection of the same with existing Main Pipe and writing the date of cleaning with using synthetic enamel paint black/white ( height of words/letters minimum in 100 mm) complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair galvanised sheet water tank covers including nut and bolts, hinges, hasp and staple etc suitable for water tanks of capacity 500 litres to 1000 litres as per sample kept in AGE office complete all as specified and directed.
