Brick works with fly ash bricks in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in foundation & plinth including splays cutting circular moulding immersing brick under water for 6 hours watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc. complete.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:4) to R.C.C. surfaces finished smooth including closed chipping and slury treatment watering curing cost carriage royalty of all materials etc.complete.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brickwork including cost conveyance and royality etc complete

16 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriage royalty etc. complete.

Fixing vetrified tiles of 600 x 600mm in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing G.C.I. sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete including cost and carriage of sheet all labour T & P etc. complete.

Supplying, manufacturing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grills for Door / Window including all cost, conveyance, tax, royalty, T&P etc. complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing of WPC Door frame (100 x 75 mm) with approved quality including cost of all fittings and fixtures etc. complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing of 32 mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all fittings and fixtures etc. Complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Painting two coats with any enamel paint to old wood or iron works including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & p etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of Gypsum ceiling with aluminium anodised T section no. 3215 with 2' - 0" center to center, L section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'- 0" x 2' - 0" with card board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
