Special repair to roof of GE(AF) Tezpur office complex at AFSTezpur under GE AFS Tezpur(BOQ Sr. item No.1 to 9) S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel steet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with neoprene and EPDM washers including dismantling of existing roof sheets in single storey bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling the ridge portion or valley gutter , etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel flat iron wind ties for roof including secruing bolts, necessary driling and similar works conformig to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including MS work Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Includiong dismantling of existings old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for butyl & bitumen based flashing tapes/ strips 100 mm wide are cold applied self - adhesive tapes with one side bitumen adhesive protected by release film and other side is re-enforced aluminum foil to prevent leakages, fill cracks & joints for metal, cement asbestos, fiber, plastic, vinyl etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 2nd class hardwood timber framed work clean sawn in scantling including dismantling the existing wooden scantling complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20 mm thick, second class hard wood boarding, planed one side with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in eaves boards etc including dismantling the old unsv boarding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in seismetic and other similar bands, coping, bed block or similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Special repair to floor and apron of both crane parking sheds (Qty-02) at MT section at AFSTezpur under GE AFS Tezpur( BOQ Sr. Item No. 10 to 14) Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness and breaks the concrete lumps below 150 mm size between (below or above ground level) including removal of demolished concrete from site upto a distance of 1 km and compacting existing disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-floor/apron and finished even & rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150 mm thick Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/apron complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally hooping for columns, beam, slab etc. hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of slabs,edges of concrete flats n exc 20 cm wide and for fair finished surfaces as in floor/apron etc.complete all as specified and as directed.
