Digging of trench of 1 meter deep x 0.5 meter wide, refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc., complete.

Supplying and laying Double walled corrugated DWC HDPE pipe of size 120mm OD and 103mm ID as per IS 14930 part II with necessary connecting sockets, couplings, bends of same materials in existing trench/pole/wall/structure drawing the cable with supply and fixing DWC pipe with Alluminium clamps and stainless steel screws

Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for panel and street lights using 40 mm dia, 2.90 mm thick GI pipe 2.5 Mtr long with funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the Electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400 mm with cast iron cover. The electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode covered 150mm alround with alternate layers of salt and char coal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip 25x3mm from Electrode to control panel 2 runs using GI bolts, nuts and washers.(Including supply of GI strips)

Supplying and running 8 SWG GI wire for grounding and (along with other wires in conduit system of wiring) using necessary suitable size clamps, nails, guttas/spacers etc.

Providing /stone masonry foundation for control panel and the dimension of the foundation 800(w)x1000(H)x400(D)mm and the gap between the pillars is 350mm for cable connection to the control panel. The foundation starts 300 mm below the ground after making 100 mm stone soling and curing etc. the panel should be stand on the 4 stainless steel bolts (12mmx6”) each bolt with four nuts& washers at 50mm height from the foundation and complete.

Charges for trimming of Tree branches wherever street light poles erected under the tree.
