Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work such as spade work, pick work, jumper work saturated /un saturated soil blasting work and chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work prohibited up to all depth and lifts including pumping and bailing out water where ever required stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into the plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated material within all leads and lifts, useful material available from excavation to be properly stacked and handed over free of cost to the department as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Placing &Laying mild /tor steel reinforcement for RCC. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads and lifts.: a) Tor steel

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Wire crates made of G.I.wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire, (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) i/c all leads and lifts. (a) G.I.Wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6(15Cmx15cm.Mesh). (Through Rate)

Wire crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Wire crate to be measured and paid for separately)in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removal of slips or saturated sand and disposing upto a distance of 20 mtrs unservicable material stacking serveiceable material, neately dressed the surface complete in all respect.
