Providing and fixing floor mounted teakwood frame of cross section 50 mm × 50 mm placed vertically and horizontally in a grid of 600 mm × 600 mm (600 mm × 600 mm), covered with 12 mm thick BWP grade plywood on one side compliance with drawing no BITM/DAG/RANCHI/WP7

Providing and laying of 2mm thick Homogeneous, hard-wearing, heavy duty but soft High Performance PVC Flooring conforming to manufacturer’s specifications with PUR guard, including filling of tile joints and pot holes wherever necessary, installation of accessories such as edge packing PVC beading, joints welding with suitable shade PVC welding rods, using appropriate adhesive recommended by manufacturer for tiled/non-porous surfaces to adhere with the existing tiled platform, laying in required pattern including wastage, complete surface preparation by vacuum cleaning, grinding/rubbing of glossy tile surface (if necessary), removing all undulations, filling tile joints/pot holes with non-shrink cementitious grout, final rubbing/leveling to make entire floor surface even and ready to lay PVC flooring, edge filing if required, and all works executed as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, with mandatory submission of a 1 ft × 1 ft physical sample of specified make and shade for approval prior to mobilization. Make: Wonder Floor Siggma (no other make will be considered). Shade will be shared with the successful tenderer.

Providing and fixing Loop Pile carpet, 100% BCF, Solution Dyed, Gauge - 1/10, pile height 4mm, pile weight 575 g/sqm, primary backing woven polypropylene, secondary backing woven polypropylene as per specification - approved make & shade.

Providing and Fixing Glass films for fixing on existing window and aluminium partition glass for reduces the amount of heat and radiation caused by Sun’s rays Make-Garware Sun Control Film-70% Thickness-1 Mil Visible Light Transmittance-70% Charges inclusive of cutting, sizing and pasting.

Providing and applying cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the wooden surfaces/plastered wall surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wooden wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50g/ltr of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour with minimum 2 coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer two or more coats after applying primer.

Providing and pasting 1 mm thick decorative laminates of the approved brand, manufacturer, and shade, complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge
