Taking down old rusted/detiorated concertina coil of any size and discription from security wall directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Stainless steel (304 Grade) Concertina coil of size 1000 /1050 mm dia, cross type (when closed) high tensile spring centre core wire, with Steel strip (19.00mm wide and 0.50mm thick), spring steel core wire 2.6mm dia, Tensile strength- minimum 1620 N/Sqmm, Torsion test minimum 22 Turns, High carbon spring steel wire, fixing over existing security wall 'Y' shaped angle iron tied with SS wire complete all as specified and directed . Make: Jindal from (Shiva Engineering Co, Jain Wire Netting Corporation or as per approved list of makes)

S&F in repair Stainless steel (304 Grade) Rozer wire mat finish, high tensile spring centre core wire, with Steel strip (19.00mm wide and 0.50mm thick), Steel core wire 2.6mm dia (+/- 0.035 mm), Tensile strength- minimum 1620 N/Sqmm, Torsion test minimum 22 Turns, High carbon spring steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing concertina coil any size and description from security wall and Refixing the same at its position or other location with 3mm dia GI binding wire/clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work or of any description at any place not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanized Iron angle, for fencing post ('Y' shape/ swan neck etc) fixing over security wall including cutting and welding, drilling holes, nut bolts, notching for wire etc flat iron including necessary bolting or riveting and similar works, complete all as specified and directed. Make: ISI/BIS Marked As approved By GE.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level including disposal of debries out of premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in haunching, coping, and secuing hold fasts/fencing post, flooring /Hard standing, Ramps including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or concrete blocks of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (12.50 mm graded stone aggragate) block masonary with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

`-Ditto- all as per item No 10 here-in-before but, except brick/concrete blocks, using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick /concrete block walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying a coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint UV resistance Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of any dark/required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with machenical steel scrappers, including filling the cracks/depressions with wall care putty and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint UV resistance Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of dark/required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Apex ultima protek of Asian Paints, or equivalent in Berger weather coat all guard and Nerolac (Excel All Guard).

M&L for preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces like fencing posts, Gates & Parking sheds, truss etc removing all scales, rust with machenical wired grinder, over 10cm in width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment over steel surfaces removing all scales, rust with machenical wired grinder and M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of surfaces of fencing post, gates etc over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling Stone slabs and tiles, pavers blocks of any description or thickness aid dry or pointed in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 18mm thick Granite (of any colour/type) work rounded and polished at edegs as in Gate pillars, step, jambs, wall lining (veneering to wall), platforms etc in neat cement paste and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.
