Material & labour for repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of pre mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm rolled and compacted using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for premix bituminous macadam using bitumen VG 30, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 75mm or less using mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.

M&l for scrapping of existing bituminous road surfaces 30mm to 80mm thick by using road milling machine to achieve even surface complete all as specified and directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 30 at 10 Kg. Per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for bituminous premix Semi dense Asphaltic concrete 30 mm average consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder ( using VG 30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm diaa highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yelllow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eyes aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed all as per manufacurers insturctions complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of old thermo setting road marking paint of size 10cm to 50cm width including Zebra crossing & speed breaker complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermo setting road marking paint 1mm to 2mm thick in shapes/signs as required exceeding 10cm to 50cm width (Including Zebra crossing & speed breaker marking), white or golden yellow in colour including preparaton of exising surfaces and glass beads retro reflective type as per ASTM standards complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to MS frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm square post made of M.S angle 50 x 50x4mm, 4mm long welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement. sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be pinted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per directed of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos.

M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Convex mirror made of PC material provided with suitable MS Pipe post duly powder coated as per site requirement , it should have clear and deficate mirror image valving 130 degree of viewing angle and unbreakable and stronger than glass size 1000mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS pipe is to be inserted in ground/cement concrete surface with PCC 1:3:6 and making necessary post holes/demolition.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 CuM, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
