REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FANS AND EXHAUST FANS, GEYSERS AND ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN RAIWALA UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Labour only for dismantling of BLDC Fan of size 1200 mm sweep and taking out damaged/ defective PCB board and replacement of PCB board, bearing etc and testing after assembling the fan. Note :- Spares will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only 1200 mm BLDC ceiling fan PCB Controller 28 W Controller Kit with compatible remote control for all types of BLDC Fan size 1200 mm and as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Taking Down & Dismantling of exhaust fan 450/380 mm sweep of any make/model from site where installed, opening for cutting, taking out existing unserviceable winding wire , rewinding with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge, including cleaning and lubricating necessary parts like bearings,motor etc, varnishing and insulating material including replacing washer, split pin , checknut, hanging clutch , condenser clamp, assembling, with required flexible wire and painting all parts if needed and checking all electrical connections and assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Condensor, Bearing and Bushes etc will be measured and paid seperately

All as per Srl item 4 above but for exhaust fan 350/300 mm sweep. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of condenser 4/3.15 MFD suitable for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of condenser 2.5 MFD exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of Ball bearings 6202, 6203, 6201 or suitable size for exhaust and ceiling fan as reqd duly greased packed of Make DKF/NBC.

Supply only of exhaust fan Gun metal bushes of suitable sizes as required
