PROVN OF ONE TROLLY MOUNTED TRANSFORMER 315 KVA WITH CABLE AT RAIWALA MIL STN UNDER AGE(I) RAIWALA

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 315 KVA transformer step down floor mounted out door type 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes/ fins, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on LV side with earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by + 7.5% in equal sep of 2.5% changed by means of manually operated "Off Load" taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-1180 (Star rating-II). The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS-1180 shall be suitably adjusted to suite the maximum ambient temperature at Raiwala. The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories :-

(a) Oil conservator tank with fillings holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connected to conservatore air tank (pressure release valve). (d) Air release valve plug. (e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joints complete all as specified. (f) Explosive vent. (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl, max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers. (k) Two Nos earthing terminals marking plate. (l) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (m) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box brought on LV side. (n) First filling of oil conforming to IS and tested up to 60 KV dielectric strength. (o) Lifting lugs (p) Oil drain valve with plug.

(q) One cable box on HV side (Primary) consisting of 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking in HT cable including gland joints complete all as specified. (r) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent. (s) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI Strip. (t) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. (u) Inspection cover. (v) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV side. (w) Hand hole of sufficient size to access interior of tank. Note :- (i) Anything missed above but is required for efficient functioning of transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in LT cable termination end joints for 1100 volts grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories including making all necessary connection suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 to 240 sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, connecting, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electrical power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, ISI marked as per IS: 7098 (Part-2) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, connecting, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, LT cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 240 sqmm, 3½ core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS: 7098 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Trolley for transformer of size 3.0mX2.5 m made out of mild steel angle/channels medium weight beam & MS flat with necessary welding in any position drilling in hot/cold etc for longitudinal and cross members of trolley made out of ISMC channels 100 and top of the members covered with 6 mm thick MS sheet plateform and vertical support over the platform with MS equal angle of size 50 × 50 × 6 mm thick angle support of 450 mm (08 Nos), welded GI wire mesh and support of GI flat (40x6 mm) on all four sides enclosure around transformer trolley including door, locking arrangement, fixing of standard 11 KV danger notice plate 04 Nos,V type towing frame with hook with spring and check nuts and mounting brackets with bush for two assembly. The assembly made out of ISMC channel 100 with long cross member, turning plate assembly front wheel only fitted in front axle, the front and rear axle made out of medium weight beam ISMB 100 including tyre assembly 4 Nos 7.5x 16 Nylon with tube F78-15 8 ply with wheel drum, mounting bracket, bearings, check nuts, lock nuts key, wheel drum brake system 04 Nos with brake lever,leaf spring based suspension system, provn of folding screw jack 04 Nos fitted with axle to levelling the transformer etc required welding work with medium beam , nut, bolt, washer as required for the workability of trolley . The trolley will painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer as approved complete all as specified and directed.
