Providing Group D manpower services for AYUSH DEPT kolar

Details of the tenderer providing human resource services from different government / semi-government organizations for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25, (copies of work orders received from the organizations must be attached) and experience certificates obtained from the concerned organizations stating that 25 personnel have been successfully provided every year.

Certified copy of the name of the organization / organization address, bank account details related to the organization.

If the tenderer is an individual or an organization, the registration details and copies thereof should be attached.

EMD paid details

A copy of the current Contract Labour License (Regulation and Abolition) Act-1970 should be attached.

Certificate regarding GST Clearance Certificate dated April-2026, GST Clearance Certificate obtained from the Commerce Department or GSTR-3B Return Filing copies should be submitted.

Non Blocklist certificate as mentioned in tender documents

Commercial/Trade License Registration Certificate obtained from the Local Bodies for the year 2025-26 should be submitted, (from GBA/ CMC/ TMC/ Gram Panchayat)

Professional Tax Registration certificate and copies of the clearance certificate / payment challan for the last three years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) Must be attached

A copy of registration under the Private Security Agency Rules Act 2005 and the Karnataka Private Security Agency Act 2008.

Submission of a registration certificate stating that at least 50 personnel have been registered in Para C of the Labor Department.

Submission of a certificate of confirmation from the District Labor Officer that there is no case against the organization.

Submission of a recent verification certificate obtained from the District Superintendent of Police stating that there is no inquiry pending against the organization is mandatory

EPF Registration Certificate and Details of EPF payment for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (should have been paid to at least 25 employees)

ESI Registration Certificate and Details of ESI payment for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (should have been paid to at least 25 employees)

Copies of all documents submitted for the tender should be self-attested, the tenderer should affix the seal of the organization and sign all the documents of the tender.

After receiving the work order from department, a security deposit of 5% should be submitted from a nationalized bank in the name of District ayush officer kolar.

The bidder should submit a solvency letter of total Rs.11.5 lakhs obtained from the bank in the name of district ayoush officer, Kolar regarding financial strength.

I.T., Return Filing (copy should be attached) (ITR-5) should be filed annually as mentioned in tender documents

Audit reports (Profit & Loss A/c / Income & Expenditure and Balance sheet of 3 years of 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 should be attached (copies attested by CA should be attached). And the tenderer should attach details of transactions of Rs.34.61 lakhs in each financial year in the lines 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (copies attested by CA should be attached).
