REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO OTM ACCN IN ARMD REGT, ARMD BDE AND OTHER CONNECTED MINOR UNITS UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II OF GE (ARMY) No 1 JODHPUR

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (including cutting of reinforcement if any) in any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out of MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), including removing broken tiles and the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, including. finishing the surface even & rough to receive tiling etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles digital series(premium quality) area exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, digital series (premium quality) of size 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE), as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for double charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles, 9-10 mm thick, (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 1.8 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the surface of terrazzo tile , marble, granite, kota stone flooring etc with & including grinding rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finish complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15-18mm thick machine cut Udaipur green marble, (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE) as in cooking platform, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finish and rounding the edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick (telephone black shade) granite stone, as in WHB counter top, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills & similar nature works, machine cut,(table rubbed and polished) best quality as per sample, over & including 15 mm thick screeding in CM1:4 including rounding & double mouldlng with jointless finish of the edges, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.& providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.
