Supply and Transportation of XLPE insulated IS: 7098/II/85 3C X 95 Sq.mm ( E ) H.T. cable for working voltage 11 KV Earthed with Stranded Compacted Circular Aluminium Conductor Screened with Extruded Semi-conducting compound, XLPE Insulated Screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with Copper Tape, cores laid up, inner sheath of Thermoplastic tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall Extruded PVC Type ST- 2 Outer Sheathed cable and confirm to IS 7048 / Part II etc., complete. Laying / Clamping & Drawing of 3C X 95 / 4C X 50 Sqmm HT / LT cable in the existing trench refilling the trench / To the pole with existing clamps / through GI pipe complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all labour, and tools.

Excavation of pit/trench of required width and depth for laying of HT/LT cable/pipe, erection of pole/strut, earth pit/stay set etc. Refilling and making the surface good to match the surroundings including removal of debris complete as directed by Engineer in charge with all labour and tools.

Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3 of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for base concreting, coping etc. as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Supply and fabrication of steel by using suitable flats, angles, channels of required sizes to provide required cross arms, back clamps, including cutting, bolting, riveting, drilling, welding etc., and for formation of 4 pole structure and providing one coat of zinc rich epoxy paint primer complete as directed by engineer in charge. Removal of existing B.G. rail pole/ Tubular pole / spun pole duly breaking the coping and base PCC, excavating the earth upto 0.5mts depth from the ground level cutting the pole refilling the excavated earth and making the surface good to match the surroundings, returning the removed pole to E/M section stores /general stores as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material

Supply and providing of Heat shrinkable Outdoor End termination kit suitable to 3 Core 95 - 120 Sq.mm 11KV grade armoured Aluminium conductor cable as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all materials labour tools and tackles. Brand: Reychem/M-Seal/3 M

Transportation and erection of 4 to 6 Mtr. S/H B G Rail poles in the existing trench duly welded with base plate to provide barricade the 11 KV switch yard as directed by Engr. I/c including all labour tools, tackles transportation loading and un loading. Note: Rail Pole will be supplied by VPT at free of cost.

Removing of LT/HT overhead conductor from the poles including with jumpers, insulators, street light fittings etc., and the material handover to E/m Stores / General stores as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all labour tools and tackles

Fixing testing and commissioning of 100/120Watt LED Street light fittings to the existing pole / wall with existing clamps as directed by engineer in charge.

Supplying, fixing, connecting and commissioning of 25 X 5/6 MM GI earth strip in recess/surface/clamped to wall/through PCC etc., from earth to switch gear/equipment including connecting the same at both ends as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and material.

Providing, earth station using 2.5 meters long, 40 mm medium grade G.I. pipe in a masonry enclosure duly filling with alternate layers of salt and charcoal complete with GI funnel and covering with RCC cover conforming to IS as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material.
