Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood,steel or RCC) of any section embedded in concrete,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on block masonary or concrete surfaces including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing in walls for random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses masonary built in Cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone agg) with solid block exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

All as per Srl item No.11 here- in before but except blocks complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoarsed as well bonded bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including formed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete as in fencing post all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. (Note: Each line wire shall be measured)

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. (Note: Each line wire shall be measured)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type (The max. size of mesh does not exc 75mm x 75mm and dia of wire n.exc 3.15mm.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any standards, rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over mild steel round bars to be fixed as line wires etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck between 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, cooler stand ,support using Angle Iron,MS Flat Iron, tubular section etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars of 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending, spirally for hopping for columns etc hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre -cast reinforced cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole/drain covers of required size shape set in CM 1:4, including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule)

M&L for Prepolished Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm/ 30cmx30 cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick of M-40 grade Precast concrete interlocking paver block casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory tables any shape and size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 over and including 40mm thick cushion of fine sand and also joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick of M-35 grade Precast concrete interlocking paver block casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory tables any shape and size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 over and including 50mm thick cushion of fine sand and also joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates of 50 mm thick as in hard standing/flooring laid in alternate panel including use and waste of formwork, finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 8mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50 mm deep x 6mm wide, filled with sealing compound 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra for forming 40 cm inner girth fair finished drains or channels i.e. exc 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.
