Making plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size over 75mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

The cut portion of shutters from all sides shall also be finished with 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick hard wood edging. Constructing soak pit 1.20x1.20x1.20 m (one point two zero into one point two zero into one point two zero metre) filled with brickbats including S.W. drain pipe 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) diameter and 1.20 m (one point two zero metre)long complete as per standard design including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for in situ-reinforced concrete and pain concrete work in Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality L D- 2.5 (two point five) Rectangular shape 600x450 mm (six hundred into four hundred millimetre) internal dimensions including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm (five millimetre to ten millimetre) , in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil and ordinary rock excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten squaremetre) on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth any lead and any lift as directed by Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation work in all kind of soil and ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, any lift including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (one cement : five fine sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor any level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Coursed rubble masonry work (second sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor any level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth any level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing weep holes with 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia pvc pipes laid in slope of 1:20 (one : twenty) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
