M&L for pre-painted, galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based double ribbed trapezoidal profile sheet, 0.50 mm thick, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa AZ-150, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixing in curved surface (incl necessary crippling for circular or semicircular roof) fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. (The Working height upto 15m.)

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume zinc coated GI based plain sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 fixed as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, valley gutter etc with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Ty B-0 using 12.5mm thick course aggregate as in PCC Gola, hold fast cills/steps/coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Steel tubular Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade Fe-290 (Gde St.-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles (high pressure steam Cured) of 6 mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595mm and approved design (Cascade or Electra or equivalent) in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.3mm thick MS powder coated/GI sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondly cross “T” of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick MS powder coated/GI sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle 15x20x0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main ‘T’ runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats/by using dash fastners to RCC lintel or slabs/by welding MS cleats of suitable size on truss/purlin/rafters” GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width, at all heights as per directions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non skid tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc.0.18 sqm n exc. 0.38 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in colur cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base 20mm thik screed bed in bedding layer in cm (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in risere of step, skirting, dado and piller over cement screed base 10 mm thik (1:6) cm laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shadeof the the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
