Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder shall submit all original document as uploaded in E-portal as per RFP condition based on the instructions or requirements of the Authority of KSDL

KS&DL reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

No interest will be paid for EMD (Bid security)

All required original documents shall be scanned and uploaded in e-procurement portal. Failure to upload any document in e-procurement portal will be considered as non-responsive

Any document uploading shall be made in the corresponding parts only as specified in the RFP document.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues & technical glitches at bidder end.
