M&L for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 kgs per pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being in between 0.8mm to 1.2mm to be applied on cured, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacturer as per the directions/supervision of the Engg-In-Charge, all complete. Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid , bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid, joint free(edgecut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 & 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platforms, wall, and CM 1:4, including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match to match the shade of granite stone including gridding and polishing complete

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, joint free (edge cut) of size 300x300x8to10mm thick as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 80mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 40N/Sqmm (M-40), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over and including 20mm thick sand screed bed complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finished even and smooth without using extra cement and all as directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings on wall, chhajja, hold fast, etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course of flooring & roof complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in floor, cement screened and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, pointing in white cement with pigment to match the stone complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 30x30x25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for lintel, beam, cooking platform and similar works supported on walls set in cement mortar 1:6, including form work complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx600mmx4mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T Section (main & cross member) of size 25mm x25mmx1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600x600mm. .....

The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of alumminium 'L' section of size 25x25x1.5mm angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia, galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. S&F mineral Fiber Acoustical suspended ceiling system with beveled regular edge tiles laid over & including 15mm exposed grid system detail as under :- (a) The tiles should have humidity resistance (RH) of 99% , NRC 0.5, Light reflectance > 87% , Thermal conductivity k=0.052-0.057 w/m K, colour white, fire performance UK class 0/Class 1 (BS 476 pt -6 &7) in module size of 600x600x16mm, suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 30%.

(b) The tile shall be laid on 38mmx15mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e the Main Runner, 1200mm & 600mm cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 14 kgs/sqm & pull out strength of 100 kgs. The T sections have galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm.

(c) Grid system shall comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centre to centre securely fixed to the structural soffit using suspension system as specifications below at 1200mm maximum centre.
