SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for any works, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roofs, lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer and 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end/longitudinal lap torch sealed and bonded and applying two coats of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane of 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous paint/primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slabs/ projections/ parapets after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc. as manufacturers instructions including complete removal of existing APP membrane sheets of any thickness and position, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), mixed with water proofing admixture, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (out side Mil Stn), complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on external fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC (water proofing compund as per manufacturer instruction), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on internal fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc., and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Three coats of white wash on ceiling with mechanical roller on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down ward facias/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/ beams/ columns/ balconies etc. and Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7m etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor/ sunken floor spout, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with adjustable clamps of bore 110mm, including taking up or down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore jointed with solvent cement (fitted with oval access door), fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal, 110mm bore, provided with oval access door, jointed with solvent cement, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks and removing to store water tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including brass ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from water tanks of capacity exc 500 but nexc 1000 ltr, from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after repairing and cleaning and making connections with existing water supply line, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection/path etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cm deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.290 Gde E-165, steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel sections for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only Chain link hot dipped galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to Fe.410-W. Gde-E-250 or Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base to floor, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 25cmx25cmx 20mm thick with grey cement and no pigments, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2 with one collar per length of pipe, drain pipes laid in tenches and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash over a coat coats of chalk whitening including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.50 m deep and getting out in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel chair three seater Omate Model No. 811 or equivalent in Detite or Elegant.

Rolled sections as in Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240s, steel work, complete all as specified and directed.
